Family Outreach of Horry County

CCQ has been a supporter of FOHC since its inception.  We make and donate baby quilts for their Baby Express Program.  Baby Express is a prenatal care incentive program that encourages young expectant mothers to get early and consistent prenatal care.  Each mother and baby receive a layette which includes one of our specially made quilts.
