Our by-laws were updated in February 2024.

Of note, you will see in Article 9 – Amendment of By-Laws -- any proposed changes must be submitted in writing to the Executive Board 10 days before being submitted to membership, and that a two-thirds vote of all members in attendance at the business meeting is required. This means that any member in good standing can suggest, IN WRITING, any change, amendment, correction, etc. to the bylaws and then everyone will get a chance to discuss and vote on the change.
